Duije Pieter Meijer

As a project manager and developer, I am a third-generation builder. I grew up around construction and have spent my career managing complex building projects, focusing on scheduling, budgets, and coordinating contractors and private clients. Meijer Residential was founded on those years of practical experience to offer homeowners independent representation.

I am based in Leiden and work primarily in Wassenaar, The Hague, Voorschoten, Oegstgeest, and Leiden. This regional focus allows me to be on-site quickly and gives me access to an excellent network of local contractors and tradesmen. For residences elsewhere in the Netherlands and abroad, I act as the owner's permanent representative, organise local support where needed and attend in person when a project or situation calls for it.

My approach is built on independence and absolute discretion. I work exclusively in your interest and receive no commissions from execution parties. You receive clear, written reports and have direct contact with me at all times.

I handle the intake and property assessment personally and coordinate any works with carefully selected tradesmen. Because I intentionally work with a limited portfolio, I can guarantee the personal attention your property requires.
