Meijer Residential represents you when you cannot be there yourself: personally present in our local service region, personally represented with locally organised support beyond it. We do not act as an estate agent, property manager, concierge service, or large-scale property management organization, but as the homeowner's personal representative. You do not call a service desk; you have direct contact with the person who knows your home and represents your interests.

Residence Watch
Periodic personal oversight of your residence during your absence. After inspections, you receive a clear written report with findings and photos. Available within our local service region in the Netherlands.

Owner's Representation
Your independent advocate on-site for renovations, construction, and maintenance. We coordinate, monitor agreements, and report directly to you.

Many owners have more than one home, often in different countries, and end up managing separate networks of caretakers, contractors, gardeners, insurers, administrators and advisers. Each may do their work well. What is usually missing is one person looking at the whole picture on the owner’s behalf. Meijer Residential provides that central point of representation across selected residences: coordinating local professionals, following up actions, maintaining records and keeping you informed.
