What you receive
You receive a written monthly report with dated photographs, a clear note of anything that needs a decision, and a running record so the history of the property is never lost.
Liability and insurance
Meijer Residential carries professional indemnity insurance appropriate to the work we do. Every engagement is governed by a written agreement that states exactly what we oversee, how often, and where our responsibility begins and ends — so there is never ambiguity about who answers for what. Access to your home is logged, and keys are held under a documented custody protocol.

Acquisition work and the Wwft
Where an engagement involves a property purchase, Dutch law requires us to identify our client and verify the source of funds in compliance with the Wwft regulations. We keep this process simple and secure.
How we begin
We start with a brief call to align on your property needs, followed by an on-site technical walkthrough. We then provide a fixed written proposal, and begin ongoing care under a monthly retainer.
